We have a special meeting this month! It will be held down the road from our normal meeting, in the Press Area at Qualcomm Stadium. We need a headcount for Security prior to the event, so you must register prior to the event by emailing at least one day before. It is also necessary to be on time as we all have to go through together. SocalFreeNet recently helped out with a small project in the stadium to provide wireless internet access for press use during Chargers Games. At this special meeting, we'll look at the equipment, explain the setup and configuration and then we'll put it to the test! This will be a great opportunity both to learn _and_ also to provide skilled assistance.

Hello everyone, SoCalFreeNet's monthly meeting will be this 3rd Tuesday of the month, at Maxim Systems in Mission Valley. Matt Fanady and Marc Palumbo will give brief presentations on Community and Wireless from the recent SDCTC (SD Community Technology Coalition)(http://www.sdctc.org/) conference and a demo of VoIP and Wireless on handhelds.
